- Make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of Google Chrome.
- Set your privacy settings to ‘Block third party cookies in Incognito mode’.
- Clear your browser cache/cookies.
- Restart your browser.
- Login to MyProudCity dashboard.
Mozilla Firefox
- Make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.
- Set your enhance tracking settings to ‘Custom’ and select ‘Cookies from unvisited websites’.
- Clear your browser cache/cookies.
- Restart your browser.
- Login to MyProudCity dashboard.
