Configuring browser privacy settings

If you’re experiencing issues getting logged out of the MyProudCity admin, this is most likely due to browser privacy settings that allow for third-party cookies. How to resolved this based on your browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of Google Chrome.
  2. Set your privacy settings to ‘Block third party cookies in Incognito mode’.
  3. Clear your browser cache/cookies.
  4. Restart your browser.
  5. Login to MyProudCity dashboard.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Set your enhance tracking settings to ‘Custom’ and select ‘Cookies from unvisited websites’.
  3. Clear your browser cache/cookies.
  4. Restart your browser.
  5. Login to MyProudCity dashboard.

Note: Add-ons that may impact these issues.

  • Ghostery
  • Privacy Badger

Microsoft Edge

  1. Make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of Microsoft Edge.
  2. Set your tracking prevention to ‘On’.
  3. Clear your browser cache/cookies.
  4. Restart your browser.
  5. Login to MyProudCity dashboard.
