How to add a new meeting

How to add a new meeting:

  1. Login to MyProudCity dashboard.
  2. Select ‘Meetings’ > ‘Add new’ meeting.
  3. Add meeting details
    • Title
    • Meeting category
    • Date/time
    • Location
    • Department
    • Agenda text/PDF
    • Agenda packet text/PDF
    • Minutes text/PDF
    • Video link
  4. Publish
  5. View meeting
